Phone and tablet
Search in portrait mode, open a title and save it for later. The menu folds away so the artwork and controls fit the available width. When you move into a viewing app, rotate the device if you prefer a wider picture. Browser lists are separate from the app’s own history.
Laptop and desktop
A larger screen makes it easier to compare the release year, cast and synopsis together. Use keyboard focus to move between links, search and save controls. Open the article contents when you need a particular answer rather than scrolling through the entire guide.
Smart TV and console
You can use a capable television browser to read the catalogue, but browser and remote-control support vary. For playback, use a compatible viewing-service app or a casting method that service supports. A console’s browser does not guarantee the same video support as its streaming applications.
Moving between devices
1mov does not silently sync local lists between devices. Use backup and restore when moving your shortlist. Keep the movie title and year handy if a television’s app requires you to search again.
