The homepage does not open
Try another ordinary page first. If nothing loads, reconnect the device to its network. If only this address fails, check the spelling and try the homepage instead of a long saved title link. A browser timeout alone does not tell you whether a site is down everywhere.
The catalogue opens but search looks empty
Press Reset on the search page. A leftover year or movie-length filter can exclude the show you want. Search the shortest distinctive title next. For Love Island, include USA or Australia when you know the edition. Actor search can help when you remember the performer but not the film’s name.
Watch now opens, but the video will not play
1mov sends Watch now to title-specific viewing choices on JustWatch. Playback continues on the service you choose there. Check that service’s country, season and account requirements. If its player buffers, reduce picture quality or close another heavy download before retrying. A failure in that player is separate from a failed 1mov catalogue search.
My List is suddenly empty
Check whether you changed browser, profile or private-browsing mode. Lists are stored locally, not in a shared account. Return to the browser where you saved the titles or merge a previous backup. Clearing all website data first can remove the very list you are trying to recover.
The mobile menu will not close
Use the menu button again, tap outside the menu, or press Escape on a keyboard. If the entire page has stopped responding, reload it. Before reporting a repeatable problem, note the page address, device, browser and the exact button you selected.
